Frame-level control
A visual filmstrip, five-second jumps and single-frame stepping make fleeting expressions and motion easy to locate.
The perfect still is already in the video.

Overview
FanFrame is a frame-accurate capture tool that helps creators find a precise moment, export it at original quality, or turn it into a Live Photo.
What it does
01—03A visual filmstrip, five-second jumps and single-frame stepping make fleeting expressions and motion easy to locate.
Frames are extracted directly from 4K, 2K and 1080p source video without passing through a screenshot workflow.
The same selected moment can become a high-resolution image or a Live Photo ready for the Photos library.
Behind the product
PROCESS & REFLECTIONFanFrame started from noticing how often the best concert, sports or travel moment existed between two screenshots. Standard video controls were built for watching, not for finding one exact frame.
I gained a deeper understanding of media timelines, frame timing, export pipelines and performance on large video files. I also learned to communicate technical quality through simple, trustworthy controls.
The project changed my idea of a professional tool. Precision does not require a complicated interface; when the task is narrow, removing steps can be the most powerful feature.
