Overview
Typeflow is a Korean typing practice app that combines six graded vocabulary books, TOPIK reading and writing texts, imported web articles, a built-in Korean keyboard and live practice feedback.
What it does
01—03Move from 10,635 graded words to TOPIK readings, essay examples and public web articles instead of repeating isolated key sequences.
Content advances word by word or sentence by sentence, preserves each exercise position and offers an on-screen Korean keyboard for learners still building key memory.
CPM, average speed, accuracy and completion progress update during practice, making improvement visible without interrupting the typing rhythm.
Behind the product
PROCESS & REFLECTIONThe project starts from a practical gap in Korean learning: recognizing a word and being able to type it are different abilities. Typeflow turns keyboard familiarity into part of vocabulary and reading practice rather than a separate typing test.
I focused the product on continuity: resume where a learner stopped, move automatically to the next word or sentence, and keep feedback visible without taking attention away from the text.
The product became less about measuring typing speed once and more about making Korean input a repeatable learning habit. Speed is the result; consistent contact with meaningful language is the method.
